Thoughts: At SS16's "AEON Big Subang Jaya", with the 2-hours free parking (and usually parking is available), there are still some limited choices of food here; including 肯德基 KFC, 舊街場白咖啡 Old Town White Coffee, Subway, myKandar, Orange Café, and I hope the Japanese J-Kissa Cafe at the 2nd floor (which is still in the to-visit list).

Lunch choice today is the rm$5.60 "卵入りお好み焼き Egg Okonomiyaki" which is a simple Japanese Okonomiyaki Pancake with lots of 日本御好燒醬 Otafuku Okonomiyaki Sauce and a 煎蛋 fried egg, and garnished with generous amount of 柴魚片 Bonito Flakes. The freshly prepared Okonomiyaki Bento were still warm and was told it is available daily at around 11am, best time to get one before noon when there are still warm and just out from the kitchen. This one today is probably prepared with 麵粉 flour, 雞蛋 egg, 捲心菜 Cabbage, and 天かす tenkasu (or tempura waste), topped with generous amount of the 日本御好燒醬 Otafuku Okonomiyaki Sauce as well as 柴魚片 Bonito Flakes plus 蛋黃醬 Mayonnaise.
Fun facts: お好み焼き Okonomiyaki is a Japanese 鹹味煎餅菜餚 savory pancake (日本披薩 Japanese pizza) dish consisting of 小麥粉面糊 wheat flour batter and other ingredients (mixed, or as toppings) cooked on a 鐵板 Teppan (flat griddle) which is common seen in 鐵板燒 Teppanyaki restaurants. The origins of the Okonomiyaki perhaps can be dated back to the 16th century where its predecessor is a thin 可麗餅狀甜點 crepe-like confection called 麩の焼き Funoyaki. However, the first appearance of the word "お好み焼き Okonomiyaki" was at a shop in 大阪 Osaka in the 1930s. The dish became very popular just after WWII in Japan when rice was scarce and Okonomiyaki emerged as an inexpensive and filling dish for all ages.For beverages is the rm$5.99 "ウォンダコーヒー Wonda Coffee Packs of 4x240ml". On the self at SS16's AEON Big are several variants including: 拿鐵 Latte, 摩卡 Mocha, 奶茶 Teh Tarik, 濃咖啡 Extra Presso, and 原味 Original; all at the same price. The "ウォンダコーヒー 拿鐵 Wonda Latte" wasn't too sweet, creamy and smooth, and I am quite sure it is as good either COLD or WARM! AEON's price at rm$1.50 per 240ml can is a good price (as 7/11 sells at rm$2.50 or $3+ per can)!
Fun Facts: The coined word taken from English “WONDERFUL” is the origin of the name "WONDA". ウォンダコーヒー Wonda Coffee originates from Japan, and to be exact it is 朝日 ASAHI Group Holdings; but the "WONDA" Brand has taken a strong foothold in Malaysia ever since the brand launched in December, 2013 by Etika Group. Etika Pte Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of 朝日集團 Asahi Group Holdings Pte Ltd., Japan. There are many Coffee brands in Japan (like ボス Boss Canned Coffee by サントリ Suntory), and ウォンダ WONDA Coffee is also one of the leading brand in the Land of the Rising Sun.
