Thoughts: First visit here for at Damen "有間麵館 GO Noodle HOUSE" Signature noodle, the "漿爆丸麵 Bursting Meatball Noodles" was Oct 22, 2016 when the Noodle House was newly opened in USJ 1's Damen Mall. Back then, the new restaurant attracted crowds with constant long queues for that Signature noodle. The Noodle house has survived the 591th day of the Pandemic since March last year, and has recently started to allow for Dine-in again.
Fun Facts: 有間麵館 GO Noodle House is a Malaysian "Noodle branding" which was created by 3 long time friends: Mr Lee Hon Wai (an Interior Designer), Alvin Tan Kok Meng (the Kitchen man), and 莫先生 Mok Wai Peun (a Real Estate professional); first opened in KL in 2014. According to one of its founder, the name of the restaurant was inspired from a Hong Kong movie called "鹿鼎記Ⅱ神龍教 The Royal Tramp II" when 韋小寶 Wei XiaoBao (周星馳 Stephen Chow) said "咦, 有間客棧喔" in the 27:30min of the movie! The noodles house started with 3 locations in One Utama, Publika, and Jaya One respectively in 2014-15. And today, 有間麵館 GO Noodle House has 37 or more outlets in 馬來西亞 Malaysia, 新加坡 Singapore, and 澳大利亞 Australia, and with plans to expand further into 新西蘭 New Zealand, 越南 Vietnam, 韓國 Korea,印度尼西亞 Indonesia and the 菲律賓 Philippines!

BUT the story began with the 3 friends having dinner at Alvin Tan's house where Alvin's mother prepared a "潮州海鮮湯飯 Teochew soupy rice dish" with a yellow rice wine (紹興花雕酒 Shao Xing Hua Diao Jiu). Mr Lee was so impressed with the superior soup dish that he convinced his friends to build a business based entirely on this flavorful broth! Alvin Tan's mother's (潮州人 Teochew people) taught the recipe to the Trio the secret family recipe handed down from the 清朝流傳下來的一種祖傳秘製湯 "Qing Dynasty Secret soup recipe". Instead of rice, the Trio experimented near a 1000 trails to get the perfect noodle-broth combinations, and the rest was history. The 原鍋湯頭 original pot, which has been boiling continuously from the beginning, is still kept in a fireproof room in Shah Alam. Everything bowl of GO noodle begins from this original pot that feeds all the different outlets in Malaysia.
Instead of bursting meat ball noodle, today's lunch is set lunch "客家板麵配皮蛋 Hakka Pan Mee w/Century Egg" that comes with a drink (普洱茶 Pu'Er tea or top-up rm$0.90 for 枸杞茶 Wolfberry Tea) plus 1 of 4 choices of side dishes (selected the "五香肉卷 Mini Pork Roll"). The 客家板麵 Dry Hakka Pan Mee comes with minced pork meat, a sliced 皮蛋 century egg, and either 粗麵條 thick or 幼麵條 thin noodles. Sides are 炸江魚仔 fried anchovies, 木耳 fungus, 炸洋葱 fried onions, crunchy 猪油炸 pork lards, finally garnished with 葱 green onions, and 芫荽 Coriander.
Another interesting business development is the availability of the (GNH) Noodle House's signature products in frozen form. That includes their pride "有間麵館上湯 GO Superior Soup" and "爆漿肉丸 Bursting Meat Balls" and many other GNH Products via their Web Store or Shopee.
