Thoughts: Parking along along SS14/1A (towards the BHP Petrol station) isn't easy especially on weekends with the 早市 morning market, street vendors, and some kopitiam (including 肉骨茶 Bak Kut Teh) which are available for breakfast as early as 7am or earlier in the morning.

That's the same with "Restoran S.K Lim", although with only 2 hawker stalls; which are the 雲吞麵 Wanton Mee stall and "檳城七記豬肉粉 Chat Kee Pork noodle" stall. Both the hawker stalls today are still popular with take-away as well as dine-in, and 7:30am or earlier is good time to enjoy the noodles here, with nearer parking choices to the Kopitiam as well as quieter seats along the corridor to the kopitiam without too many pedestrians.

Prices are the same as the first visit here about 2.5 years ago! Looking forward to sample the rm$7 吉膽魚丸粉 Ketam fish ball noodle soon.
But today's breakfast is the rm$15 "生魚頭蝦米 Fish head Prawn Noodle" with the choice of 米粉 vermicelli, 老鼠 rat noodle, 粉河 hor fun, or 黃麵 yellow noodles, and maybe other choices. The chef did maybe cooked the noodle with perhaps just a little less 淡奶 evaporated milk, the outcome of the broth isn't as milky color or creamy taste as I'd expected of a bowl of fish head noodle with creamy soup and deep fried fish heads. But the bowl did came with several large pieces of 魚肉 fish meat and 魚頭塊(非油炸) non-deep fried fish head (probably 石斑魚 grouper), also 兩隻大蝦 two large prawns, along with 番茄 tomato, 白豆腐塊 white tofu cubes, 醃芥菜 pickled mustard greens, 大蔥 green onions. and 姜 ginger. 米粉 Vermecelli is probably better than today's choice of 河粉 Hor fun.
Fun Facts: 魚頭粉麵 Fish head noodle (or 魚頭米粉 Fish head Bee Hoon) rumored to be originated in 新加坡 Singapore in the 1920’s but the 奶白魚湯 milky broth version with 炸魚頭 fish head deep-fried was invented in 吉隆坡 Kuala Lumpur in the 1970’s. Today, both the 清湯 clear broth and 奶白湯 milky broth versions can be found in Kopitiams around town. Some would argue that the "新加坡魚頭米粉 Fish Soup Bee Hoon" is 新加坡人 Singaporeans what the "檳城炒粿條 Char Kway Teow" is to 檳城人 Penangites! Some articles have describe the "瑞記魚頭米粉 Swee Kee Fish Head Noodle House" have created the definitive version of this Noodle dish in the 1970s. This 老字號 more than 80 year old (before World War II) shop used to be in 廈門街 Amoy Street in the bustling district of 丹戎巴葛 Tanjong Pagar in Singapore. 瑞記 Swee Kee is said to be one of the oldest Chinese Restaurants in the Singapore island. But recently, from an article in the web (早報 Zao Bao), in the face of the 冠状病毒流行 Coronavirus Epidemic and the restaurant’s location in the high rental area of central business district, the restaurant has been losing money for many months and reportedly have to close its business on the 30th of May this year.
