Thoughts: Deep inside the residential areas of PSJ10 (Bandar Sunway), "Twenty Eight Restaurant" is a neighborhood Chinese Kopitiam. The single story corner shop lot kopitiam offers 6 stalls: 雞絲河粉/肉丸粉 KaiSi Hor Fun/Pork ball Noodle, 豬腸粉釀豆腐 Chee Cheong Fun Yong Tao Foo, 馬來椰漿飯 Nasi Lemak, 豬肉粉 Pork Noodle, 炒粿条 Char Koay Teow, & 燒肉檔 Roasted Pork. In this 2 rows of shop lots, there are at least 2 Chinese Kopitiams, about 200m from NPE, just opposite Sunway Clio Hotel (PSJ11).

The Malay Nasi Lemak stall is inside the Chinese Kopitiam, offering 椰漿飯 Nasi Lemak, few types of 米粉 Bee Hoon and a variety of Chicken recipes (任當雞 Rendang, 炸雞 Deep Fried, 咖哩雞 Curry etc) as well as some vegetables. Today's breakfast of rm$5.50 comes with at least 4 pieces of excellent 任當雞 Rendang Chicken, 煮熟蛋 a boiled egg, and the usual Nasi Lemak Rice, 黄瓜 cucumber, and 炸江魚仔 fried anchovies, on the side with some “甜”桑巴醬 "sweet" sambal.
On Sunday, there is a morning market along PJS 10/9 (not sure it is a daily morning market), but parking should still be possible as it is a residential shop lot. Perhaps worth sampling at PJS10's "Twenty Eight Restaurant" are the Fresh Home-made 豬腸粉釀豆腐 Yong Tao Foo (not on a Sunday); although quite a few customer also queue up for the Pork noodle and Char Koay Teow.
