From its humble beginnings as a small bakery, Butter & Olive Wholesome Pastry House has evolved into a 15 outlets across Malaysia (檳城 Penang, 吉打 Kedah, 馬六甲 Melaka, 雪蘭莪 Selangor, and 吉隆坡 KL) and still expanding. The Bakery combines 日本和台灣的創新 Japanese and Taiwanese innovations in their cakes and bakes creation. One of the Bakers Signature of the bakery are their 蛋糕卷 Swiss Rolls and 比利時巧克力蛋糕 Belgium Chocolate Cakes. The rm$40 "6 inch" partly Belgium chocolate based "香草巧克力 Fusion Angel", although a bit expensive; it is a light cake of 巧克力 chocolate and 香草戚風蛋糕 vanilla chiffon mixed with 深色櫻桃 dark cherries and 奶油 cream, garnished with some glazed fruits toppings. The cake comes in 6" or 8" sizes.
