Thoughts: USJ10's Doi Chaang Caffe Taipan again for a Dine-in breakfast (before the rumors' of another 行動管制令 MCO from next week Monday 3rd May 2021 which likely should not happen!). On a 11am Saturday morning, Taipan is as busy as weekdays where parking is beyond challenging, and double-parking as well as illegal road shoulder parking is the norm since MPSJ officers most likely not on duty during weekends. 
Today's rm$11.50 卡布奇諾咖啡 Cappuccino was not bad, but the Western-Thai fusion rm$13.90 泰式綠咖哩意粉 Thai Green Curry Spaghetti was interesting! Doi Chaang's menu offers 大早餐 Big Breakfast (highly recommended), 三明治 Sandwiches, 意大利面 Pastas, 比薩  Pizza, 沙拉 Salad,  湯Soups and 炸薯條 Fries. Beverages are Coffee (hot, cold, or blended) as well as Tea. There are 8 Pasta choices to choose from, with prices from rm$13.90 - rm$16.50 but unfortunately the Pasta choices does not come with beverages. 
There are probably 3 types of Curry by Color in Thailand: 綠咖哩 Green, 黃咖哩 Yellow, or 紅咖哩 Red! 紅咖哩 Red Curry are usually the spiciest while 綠咖哩 Green curry is uniquely a Thai creation and it some cases could be more spicy (hot) compared to Red curry (all depends on the Chef). On the other hand 黃咖哩 Yellow curry (some times referred as Orange curry) tend to have some 酸 sour features. Green curry (Thai: แกงเขียวหวาน Kaeng Khiao HWan: แกง Kaeng = Curry, เขียว Khiao = Green, หวาน HWan = Sweet) literally "甜綠咖哩 Sweet-Green Curry") is generally a 泰國中部 central Thai curry variety. Green curry is recorded to have evolved during the reign of 拉瑪六世國王或 King Rama VI or 拉瑪七世 Rama VII, between the years 1908-1926. The name "green" curry derives from the color of the dish itself, which comes from the green chilies (chili paste). Interestingly note is that the "sweet" in the Thai name (หวาน "HWan" literally means "Sweet") refers to the particular Color Green itself and not to the Taste of the curry. As this is a Thai curry based on 新鮮椰奶 coconut milk and 新鮮青辣椒 fresh green chilies, the color comes out creamy mild green or, as this color is called in Thai, "甜綠 sweet green"; and this is the reason that some Thai Green Curry Recipe are spicier than the Red Curry Recipes! 
In modern Thai today, Green curry is possibly the most popular curry in Thailand, and besides traditional cooking methods, it has also become part of 融合美食 fusion food and features in recipes for 三文魚 salmon, 意大利面 spaghetti, and even 比薩 pizza or whatever else that come out of the creative Chefs. 
Doi Chaang's rm$13.90 "泰式綠咖哩意粉 Thai Green Curry Spaghetti" comes with super spicy green curry paste (albeit a little dry) and not too "green", a few pieces of 長豆 overcooked long beans, some 方塊雞肉 cubes of chicken meat, 綠咖哩葉 green curry leaves, slices of 綠辣椒 green chilies , and 紅 red chilies. (dry and spicy). Does not match the green and wet green curry pictures depicted in their menu!
