The kopitiam called "Madam Leow Penang Koay Chap" debut in August 2018 offering a variety of Penang delicacies plus some Malaysian favorites like Nasi Lemak and Tong Shui.
my bowl of rm$9.90 "Koay Chap" includes mixed fatty pork meat, duck meat, pig intestine, a boiled egg and smooth white noodles roles in a thick (slightly salty) duck soup broth. Conclusion, positive first visit as it does remind me of the Penang Koay Chap. Thus, looking forward for coming here again to sample their #2 which is Penang Char Koay Teow.
