Thoughts: For as long as I know (past 1.5+ years or so), there is only one Chinese style non-Halal kopitiam/restaurant here at Phileo Damansara which offers generally affordable porky breakfast/lunch meal. Good news for those who go to work at Phileo Damansara a 2nd Chinese kopitiam time called "888 开饭咯食Canteen堂" which offers lots of indoor and outdoor seating.
For breakfast, its nasi lemak and variety of noodles (wanton mee, curry mee etc) with prices of rm$3 - rm$6.50 where breakfast is from 8-11am. For lunch, I believe the kopitiam will be offering Economic rice and "Dip Tau Fan". Customers also can enjoy free chinese tea and soup of the day like most Economy Rice shops around time. There is also a banner that advertise Beer available from 6-9pm!
For breakfast today, sampling the new kopitiam's Charsiew Wan Ton Mee. Wanton was nice, noodles thin and good bite but sauce a little too salty for me, and charsiew is ok. "888 开饭咯食Canteen堂" is definitely a good addition of affordable porky breakfast and lunch offering in Phileo Damansara!
