Thoughts: Just opened few weeks ago in August 26th. 2019, this new eatery called 小食代 "Times Meal" mainly offers China style Snacks as its signature, a welcoming addition to eateries in USJ1. Besides a good variety of "China-flavored" snacks; the restaurant also offers meals like Cantonese porridge, Noodles, Rice, Western Bites as well as a variety of beverages and desserts. Beer and Wine could be something in the offering soon though its not yet officially in their menu; when asked, the waiter showed me 青岛啤酒 Tsing Dao beer is currently available. From the menu, seems a little strange to find nothing that is porky or maybe did I misread the menu.
The Cafe Offers limited outdoor but yet comfortable seating just outside the shop lot. The interior showcase a colorful lively aquarium at the entrance with contemporary interior decorations and lighting, all seems relaxing with comfortable seating area accompanied with Western and Asian songs played as well.
A very positive experience of "China style Bites" in this newly opened 小食代 "Times Meal" in USJ1, there are a lot more interesting China recipes in their menu offering that's definitely worth coming back again! Parking here on work days are usually challenging from 9am - 7pm! But you an still find some Parkings available on road shoulders along USJ 1/1D further into the residential houses after the "Nasi Mmanggey" shop, just 5+minutes walking distance to the Taman Subang Mewah shop lots in USJ1.
With "Chinese cuisines and China style snacks", Wine and Chinese brand beers like 青岛啤酒 Tsing Dao beer (isn't a popular beer offering at least that I know of in any of the watering holes in USJ1) and a positive experience this evening, 小食代 Times Meal looks to be a promising Watering hole with a meal as a Neighborhood Cafe/Bar in USJ1!
