Thoughts: This 24 hour Nasi Kandar is dubbed as one of the best of Nasi Kandar in Subang Jaya. If not mistaken, Nasi Kandar Shaaz does seem to have at least 9 or 10 locations around Klang Valley. This one here with quite a huge space (next to the Bandar Sunway's the Rock Cafe) offers an extensive menu of Thai Tom Yam, Seafood and Goreng, Nasi Kandar, Western, Tandoori, Malaysian Local food and Western; maybe 200++ items.
With so many locations and a spacious establishment, the Nasi Kandar here must be good. But, it was a little more than disappointing as the my plate came with cold rice, "rubbery" squid and even hard to chew-on fried bitter gourd. Maybe I was at lunch in the wrong time where the dishes are left-over from the morning or I chose the wrong dishes; I don't know, rather confused, paid and left the restaurant with a still almost full plate of Nasi Kandar on the table!
