Thoughts: Here's a kopitiam that offers "Jook-sing noodles" 手工竹升面; its newly opened at 有家杂饭茶餐室 Restoran Family Mixed Rice in PJs Taman Bukit Mayang Emas. The tea lady said that the stall originally was stationed at Restoran Tropikiri next door!
The kopitiam, previosly opens 10am with only mixed rice for lunch and Western food in the evening. But just very recently also open for breakfast from 7am-4pm offering economy mee/beehoon (breakfast session), mixed rice (afternoon session), pre-packed nasi lemak (breakfast) and charsiew/siewyoke home-made bamaboo noodle lbreakfast/lunch). Menu for Western food still on the walls and printed copies on the tables.
Maybe the hand-made noodle made using bamboo was good but I cannot appreciate it, the bite on the noodle is cute and very soft. But the Charsiew was not bad at all, the sauce for the noodle not salty at all, overall an enjoyable plate of noodle.
