Thoughts: Visiting "SS2 Rising Kopitiam" 4 days ago to sample the 牛腩面(濑粉) Beef Noodle with a positive experience. Returning back for another breakfast session today at 齊昇美食室 SS2 Rising Kopitiam, and this morning is 瓦煲老鼠粉 Claypot Loh Shu Fan for breakfast
It's a morning rain after, the outdoor seating areas along the side road of SS2/21 was conforming at 7am. It is one of the stalls at the kopitiam that offers early breakfast, the same stall offers 苦瓜猪肉粉 Bitter gourd Pork noodle, 猪肉粉 Pork noodle (dry or soup), and 瓦煲老鼠粉 Claypot Loh Shu Fan. The owner/chef offered to try his 瓦煲老鼠粉 Claypot Loh Shu Fan, at rm$7 the bowl comes with an 蛋 egg, 蟹肉棒 crab meat stick, 猪肉丸 pork balls, 猪肉肉饼 pork meat patty, and some 菜心 choy sum. Not too starchy but slightly too salty for my liking, average at best!
