瓦煲老鼠粉 Claypot Rat noodle (L) $9
Thoughts: My favorite noodle on a claypot, but either I eat it the wrong way or something wrong with the cooking. When the claypot arrived on the table, it all looked nice and so as usual I did a quick stir to mix up everything in the pot and the soup dried up quickly. It became so sticky and the whole pot is really nothing but "starchy " taste. I was really wondering maybe I should not have stirred it, I don't know!
It was a painful breakfast!
