Thoughts: When I was in Aarhus Denmark, The Mayor Hotel makes some of the most memorable pastries I have tasted in my life. And I have eaten quite some pastries in US, and many of Europe's cities. I can honestly say that USJ Taipan's Patis France's Croissant reminds me of those pastry I had in Denmark for 10 mornings. However, one of the reasons the Mayor Hotel at Aarhus Denmark's pastries was so good was I taste it every morning fresh from the chef's oven. So, if you want the best pastries, you have to buy it early in the morning and eat it fresh!
