香蒸苦瓜鸡饭 Bitter Gourd Chicken Rice $14.30
Thoughts: I remember coming to this place in my 20s with my old primary school friend for tea, it was a very quiet place then. Today was just terrible, the place is packed with young working adults. I waited for my dish for almost 30 minutes, the bitter gourd chicken was good.
I arrived seeing the groups of young working adults at their tables most of them already started dining and after my 30 minutes wait for my order and around maybe 10 minutes of eating; I think the same group still chatting when I paid and left the tea house. I really think today's young people really know how to enjoy life. However, if you think that business is good here with what seems full house; think again! these customer are hoarding the table during lunch time, I saw some customers came up to 3rd floor and all of them left seeing all tables are full. Lunch timing is only perhaps a mere 2 hours maybe 12-2pm only and with a slow table turnover at such peak hours with customers like that certainly is not sound business strategy!
Anyway, what do I know about business strategy, I am just a retired old frog!
