Thoughts: Dinner at F4 Chan Sow Lin 陈秀林鱼头, Chan Sow Ling is actually a small Chinese village in KL, I know it well as I was born and raised there until 8 before we moved to PJ. Have never been there for 40+years! However, I have no idea if F4 Chan Sow Lin Fish Head originates from Chan Show Lin itself, maybe it is.
Of course the signature dishes here are the Fish Head, we did not order any of it today! Besides the Fish, my favorite here is the 火山豆腐 (Volcano Tofu), but it has become a smaller volcano (pic 1), maybe have to cut cost! My sister eats a lot of vege, so it was a large 清炒树苗 (pic 2), Marmite chicken (pic 3), 蒸水蛋 (Steamed Eggs), and they still make really creamy smooth steamed eggs (pic 4). 蒸水蛋 looks easy but it is never that easy to cook, I remember trying it several months in college, edible but never got it right. F4 is located deep within factory-filled area of Subang Light Industrial Park. The GPS Coordinates are: N3 02.795 E101 35.845, not far from Damen or Summit USJ. Ample parking space here, or park anyway (no worries on summons) as it is too deep inside the factory areas. F4 also build a huge indoor parking area for their customers! Dinner times after 6:30pm maybe slightly crowded.
