Thoughts: There is a competition going on in Wisma Cosway! Since 3rd floors Brunch Kitchen started selling its daily breakfast at $3.50 (with a smaller serving), few eateries are following that idea. And the breakfast menu at Tesstaurant ranges from $3.50 to $6.00. My choice was Dumpling soup noodle was a good one! The Dumpling was excellent, with chestnut, prawn, pork meat mixed with leek, solid 2 big dumplings in a small bowl, the wan ton mee noodles portion was just right for breakfast.
Actually smaller breakfast portions at $3.50 - $4 is really a good idea as I think most people don't really fancy very huge breakfast meals in the morning. Especially when one will also be having a cup of tea or coffee to go along with it. This little shop opens at 7am in the morning.
