Thoughts: Last visit to USJ21's "鴻豐 Hoong Foong" was January 30.2023; and since then, Dim Sum were usually either "錦選香港特極點心 Restoran Jin Xuan Hong" or "富興點心 Foo Hing", both in USJ10 Taipan area. Nevertheless, "鴻豐 Hoong Foong" has a much long history of presence in USJ then the USJ10 Dim Sum restaurants.

Nevertheless, "鴻豐 Hoong Foong" has a much long history of presence in USJ then the USJ10 Dim Sum restaurants.
The 3 shop lot Dim Sum restaurant in USJ21 is just opposite "Main Place Mall" and recently reopened the evening Dim Sum session as well. So, now we have at least 2 Dim Sum destination in the evening, that is USJ10's 錦選 Jing Xuan and USJ21's 鴻豐 Hoong Foong! And just like the other Dim Sum shops, come here before 8am to avoid the crowd!
Personally have always liked 鴻豐 Hoong Foong's rm$7 "冬菇雞雜 Mushroom Chicken Roll" which is beancurd wrapped with 蒸雞塊 steamed chicken, 香菇 mushroom, and 胡蘿蔔棒 carrot stick. 鴻豐 Hoong Foong offers at least 25+ steamed Dim Sum baskets and another 25+ miscellaneous Dim Sum choices with prices from rm$7 to rm$13+ BUT mostly about rm$7.50. There is a new Dim Sum item of "黃酒雞包 Drunken Chicken Bao" which comes in rm$10 in 4pcs plate (rm$2.50 per bao), this is a little salty but acceptable.
