Thoughts: Jaads Café is probably one of 2 Western dishes restaurant here in PJ's Phileo Damansara (I think so). First visit here was way back in August 8.2018 for a rm$14.90 意大利香蒜青酱鱼意粉 Al Pesto Fish Spaghetti, but this particular dish is no longer in the menu. AND there are other variants of Pasta at a cheaper pricing of rm$12.50 to rm$13.50 in today's menu. Also, for some dishes, the customer can top-up rm$3.90 for Soup of the day (usually Mushroom soup) plus a beverage. The 1-page menu also includes 西式早餐 Western breakfast, 各種吐司 variants of Toast, 麵類 Noodles (Thai and Local), 炒飯或肉汁飯 Fried Rice or Gravies Rice, 湯和沙拉 Soup & Salad, 三明治 Sandwiches, 義大利麵 Pastas, 有限肉類 limited Meat dishes. A lunch meal here is basically rm$10 to below rm$20, reasonably affordable, and therefore a popular alternative Lunch choice besides the 2 other more popular Chinese Kopitiam that offers Mixed Ric and Noodles below rm$10 for lunch.
