Thoughts: The new stall added to "老蒲种美食中心 Old Puchong Food Avenue in Puteri Mart" is called "嘜噹噹炸雞 Mc Dong Dong Stall Fried Chicken" and offering Fried Chicken and Exotic Chicken innards from rm$6 to rm$11: 雞腿 Chicken Thigh, 雞肋 Chicken Rib, 雞翅 Chicken Wings, 雞腿 Chicken Drumsticks, 雞肉爆米花 Chicken Popcorn and 整隻雞腿 Whole Chicken Legs. Then, there are also the more exotic items like 炸雞腳 Fried Chicken Feet, 炸雞屁股 Fried Chicken Buttocks (Chicken Butt), 炸雞胗 Chicken Gizzards, and even 炸雞皮 Fried Chicken Skins!

Nothing here is that healthy BUT definitely great friend chicken items with the Bottled Beers here in the Food Court in the Evening times! However, for a meal, just ADD rm$4.50 for 白米飯 Rice + 參巴醬 Sambal + 水煮蛋Boiled EGG.
Today, for a 3pm snacks after work is a rm$6 "炸雞屁股 Fried Chicken Buttocks"! The Japanese calls it 三角 (Sankaku) or ぼんじり (Bonjiri) which can usually find in Izakaya Restaurant menus that is a great Beer Bite item. In Malaysia, you can find what our Malay friends calls it "Goreng Ayam Tongkeng" and some say that it is the only "HALAL" butt which can be eaten! AND that is why "Ayam Tongkeng" is a popular fried item can be found in Malay Pasar Malam. A more elegant word (or perhaps a little bit of cheerful irreverence to the Western Clergy Men) for the "Chicken Butt" alternative names are "Chicken Bishop Nose" or the "Pope's Nose". or "Parson's Nose" (No Punt intended)!
BUT for sure, The Chicken Butt is dense with Fat and Calorie often barbecued or grilled, a delicacy mainly in many Cultures in Asia.
