The founder Mr. DK Lee worked as the Chief Chef in Canton-i for 9 years before starting his own Restaurant "回味 Taste & Memories" in KL Old Klang Road's "Taman Desa". For those who loathe 味精 MSG, they’ll be happy to find the flavor enhancer is not used in the dishes here. The popular Chinese Restaurant tried another branch location in SS2 around 2019 but sadly did not make it through the Pandemic.

For morning session, 點心 Dim Sum and a variety of 麵類 Noodles are offered for breakfast and lunch while 叫菜吃飯 Chinese dishes start serving from Lunch onwards! Chinese dishes here are around rm$25 to around rm$40++ but portions are good for 4 or more people and no prices for different sizes for the dishes. It is therefore more value for money for group of 4 and above people dining at the restaurant.
The Signature dishes here are at least their 豬油渣撈飯 Pork Lard rice, 蒸走地雞 Steamed Kampung Chicken, 咕嚕雞丁 Sweet & Sour Chicken, 芋頭扣肉 Braised Sliced Pork Belly & Yam which all sounds like 客家菜 Hakka dishes! AND Netizens also give high praise to the Restaurant's value for money delicious 點心 Dim Sum choices.
