Thoughts: "ST Signature Tanjong Pagar" is a Co-Living Hotel for both Single and 2-Person Travelers. There are 2 types of Cabins: "S" and "M" with Single or Doubles Beds and either Private or Shared-Bath Rooms from around SGD$110 to SGD$220 (or rm$380 to rm$750). Mine for 2 days is "Cabins S" Singled Bed with Shared Bath room on the ground floor at SGD$109 or rm$378 per night. 
The concept of Co-Living Hotel is a way to live and share an inhabitable space with other like-minded people; that includes Bath room, and I think maybe shared living rooms as well as kitchen at the upper floors (according to advertisement). There isn't any grand reception, just One Hotel personnel assisting to Self-Check to setup via the Hotel App (via Google Play or Apple Store), getting into the room will use the Digital Key generated on the Phone App via the Phone's Bluetooth. 
The "S" Single room is a tiny one but manages to house an elevated corner for one luggage, a safe, a work space and the single bed. There are power plugs as well as USB charging ports at the work desk as well as the bed side. Wifi speed is good but you won't get free TV channels, as to watch Netflix or HBO etc. requires subscriptions except that Youtube is free. Overall, the room is clean and comfortable; for the price, room#105 comes with a Window facing the side road.
