The Mall is located in the west-end of the Central Business District, a short walking distance from the Tanjong Pagar MRT station.

The Cafe "高木咖啡 Takagi Coffee" is a Japanese Cafe and I think it is called 喫茶店 Kissaten (きっさてん). AND one of the Cafe's signature is their variety of Pancakes (Sweet and Savory), as well as a good choice of Sandwiches available as early as 9am in the morning.
BUT some history of 高木咖啡 Takagi Coffee, is that it was named after Sunpark founder 高木 鍵 Ken Takagi, who started his 美式煎餅 pancake and 咖啡廳 coffee cafes in 1958. If not mistaken, Takagi Coffee at this 100M Mall in 丹戎巴葛 Tanjong Pagar is their first outlet in Singapore, opened sometime March 2023.
