Thoughts: 老曾記 Old Chang Kee has its humble beginnings in 1956 in a small stall in a coffee shop near the then 雷克斯电影院 Rex Cinema along 麥肯齊路 Mackenzie Road. People from across the Singapore Island would travel to this stall to savor the perfect 咖哩角 Curry puff, then known affectionately as the "雷克斯咖哩角 Rex Curry Puff".
