I think there used to be 6 Jordan Hong Kong in Klang Valley but the KL Cheras outlet is now permanently closed:

Perhaps similar to the rivalry between "Uncle Don" and "Brew House", "佐敦冰室 Jordan Hong Kong" and "華陽 Oriental Kopi" looks like also going head-to-head in aiming for similar F&B style (albeit one Hong Kong style and the later Nanyang food). Both having shop lots in KL Pavilion and Sunway Pyramids. "華陽 Oriental Kopi" seemed to be super popular among Malaysian and Tourist as its outlets in Sunway Pyramids and KLIA2 always have long queues.
This is the 2nd visit to Sunway Pyramid's 佐敦冰室 Jordan Hong Kong while the 1st was January 11.2022 (1.5 years ago)! Today's Brunch is a rm$20.90 "佐敦黯然銷魂飯 Jordan's "Charsiew" which is white rice topped with 叉燒 Charsiew, 芥藍 Kailan, 溫泉蛋 onsen Egg, and 炸猪油渣 crispy Pork lard. Malaysian (not all) do like an onsen Egg topping rice or noodles but not sure if it is common for Hong Kong style dishes having the "生熟蛋 half-raw-ripe egg"
