The Noodle house offers Sabah style Pork Noodle called the "生肉麵 Sang Nyuk Mee (literally means Raw Pork Noodle)", not raw pork but the fresh pork tendon meats are thinly sliced are appear as white color after cooking likely due to special way of the way the pork slices are marinated. In Sabah, a bowl of Pork noodle is served with 黃麵 yellow noodles.
A bowl of original Pork noodle at 鼎香 Ding Xiang is either rm$10.90 for 湯 Soup variant OR rm$11.90 for the 幹撈 Dry variant.
