Lunch today at MyFlavor's is a rm$16.80 "生酮豬肉粉 Keto Pork Noodle" that comes with an interesting Noodle choice (different from the normal 8 above) called "生酮粉絲 Ketogenic Vermicelli (or Yam Noodles)", this interesting noodle is made with with 馬鈴薯澱粉 Potato Starch and 綠豆 Mung Beans; this type of 粉絲 noodle is also suppose to be low Carb compared to the 米粉 rice based Vermicelli.
The 生酮飲食 "Ketogenic Diet" literally means "會產生酮體的飲食 a diet that produces ketone bodies", which is a 高脂肪 high-fat, 充足蛋白質 adequate protein, and 非常低碳水化合物 very low-carbohydrate diet. Should the "生酮豬肉粉 Keto Pork Noodle" be providing ingredients of the above characteristics is probably questionable!
