Thoughts: It is spending a work day at BEAN brothers at KL's "the LINC KL". This Korean-operated coffee bar have 2 locations: one at a refurbished factory lot in Sunway Damansara, and this one at Jalan Ampang in KL. Since the Sunway branch factory lot's 2nd floor is still not for dine in (last visit June 13, 2022), the KL branch is therefore much bigger with 2 floors and also an outdoor seating area; a total of at least 100-120 customer capacity.

"the LINC KL" is considered a relative small shopping mall, opened in November 2018 and stands at the junction of Jalan Ampang and Jalan Tun Razak. It is a 3-storey retail mall: at Level 2 (3rd floor) is some kind of "Playschool" for children up to age 13, and at Level 1 (2nd floor) are mainly MAKAN (food) place and retail shops. BEAN Brothers is immediately after the "Vertical Glass Panel - Wooden Door" entrance to the Mall at the Ground Floor facing Jalan Ampang via an automatic BIG Wooden Door entrance, the Café also takes up a fairly large floor space at Level 1. The LINC KL has a semi rustic industrial barn house concept built around Six large pre-existing Trees. The Architect probably allows enough space for the Trees to further grow with lots of exposure to natural sun light in the middle court yard; the refreshing design allows shoppers/visitors to interact with the natural outdoor. There are also lots of "Nature themed" wall paintings surrounding the trees; the overall concept making it Instagram worthy (if you like that sort of thing)!
The LINC KL "BEAN Brother" offers not just a place for Coffee and Food, but also is Notebook friendly. Electrical points can be found available for almost all tables at both ground floor and level 1. MUSIC isn't too loud, and pretty spacious setting with a variety of seating choices (if you come early), and also not too noisy even at peak hours (today). There are lots of natural lights from the high ceiling glass panel plus good ambiance from the tungsten Ambient lightings.
The Coffee must be as good as the PJ Sunway Damansara branch, but today's breakfast is only the rm$16 "三層起司土司 Grilled Three Cheese", should be enough for the stomach until 2-3pm. Three types of cheese: 切達干酪 cheddar, 豪達干酪 Gouda, and 馬蘇里拉奶酪 mozzarella cheese are melted into the toast; probably at least 800-1000 calories if not more! The Bean Brother "Grilled Cheese" also comes with some salad and baby tomato on the side, a likeable light meal!
"加工奶酪 Processed cheese" was first patented in 1911 in 瑞士 Switzerland, and when Otto Frederick invented the "麵包切片機 bread slicer" in the 1920s; both inventions made the distribution of cheese and white bread easier in America. From there on out, both sliced bread and processed cheese went full steam ahead. In America, the marriage of cheese and white bread became an easy meal to prepare at home or at restaurants; and to make it tastier, people came up with recipes of "toasted cheese" or "melted cheese" sandwiches BUT the actual term of "烤起司 grilled cheese" doesn’t make an appearance in print until the 1960s. Surface to say, until today the "Grilled cheese - All American Sandwich" has been a comfort food feeding the American Population for over 100 years since the 1920s!
