When the couple decided to open a shop in SS22, they retain the name as "Ara Vietnamese Noodles"; offering authentic homecook Vietnamese restaurant specializes in noodles, rice and other Vietnamese snacks & bites.

Today's dinner is one of the shop's signature rm$11 清湯牛肉粉 Beef Noodle (Pho Bo) dish, with a choice of either Vietnamese kuay teow, bee hoon, and thin noodles. It is a clear broth with generous 牛肉片 beef slices, 豆芽 bean sprouts, 洋蔥 fresh onions, 青蔥 shallots, 薄荷葉 mint leaves, and 白蘿蔔 daikon. Two other interesting beef noodle bowls are 越式燜牛肉麵 Beef Stew Noodle and an rm$18 No.1 Special Beef Mix Noodle.
越式烤豬肉香腸 Vietnamese Bbq Pork Sausage or "Nem Nuong (grilled sausage)", a lean pork sausage is a common Vietnamese side dish that can either serve as appetizer, but also can go with rice, noodles, or as a main meal. The 2 sticks for rm$7 of BBQ Vietnamese sausage was savory, garlicky, and smoky, and well with the Vietnamese can beer "西貢啤酒 Bia Saigon Special". Bia Saigon and 333 Beer are available at rm$9.50 per can, both are the main brands brewed by "Sabeco Brewery", which is Vietnams leading beer producer. The 4.9%ABV "Bia Saigon" is a Lager, pours as sparking bright yellow color, very smooth and easy drinking beer.
Ara Vietnamese Noodles is now at SS22/11, one of the shop lots in the single row of shop lots in SS22 residential area; easily accessible from Damansara Link (or Sprint highway), and also not far from Atria Shopping Gallery. MBPJ parking in the evening today at around 6:30pm+ was still possible.
