Thoughts: A new Chinese Kopitiam in USJ4/9G shop lots, just opposite the USJ12 High School, and it is next to "Kelapa Oasis Subang" and just below "Global Art". The Kopitiam is called "小魔鬼茶餐室 Little Monsters Restaurant" offering Roasted rice series, Wanton mee series, and House specialty series. Roasted rice series includes Roasted chicken, Roasted pork, and Charsiew with prices from rm$7 to rm$9.50. Wanton Mee series of either dry or soup with the Roasted items from rm$7 to rm$11.

The House specialty is 蝦麵 Prawn Noodles, and so I went for the rm$12 "排骨蝦雲吞麵 Pork rib prawn Wanton Mee" for dinner. My order was the last call of the evening as the shop basically closes at around 6pm. The bowl comes with strong prawn based soup (slightly salty) with 2 large piece of tender 排骨 "Pai Guat/Pork Ribs", along with fish cake slices, fish balls, and boiled egg, generous amount of Wanton Mee and bean sprouts.
There used to be a corner shop lot Chinese kopitiam but has long been replaced by "99 Speedmart", 小魔鬼茶餐室 Little Monsters Restaurant is a good addition of Chinese eatery in this part of USJ4, offering another spot for breakfast or lunch take-away or Dine-in. Limited MPSJ parking available along USJ4/9G especially during lunch hours.
