Thoughts: Despite the "not too impressive" renovations done to Summit USJ, not too sure it is pulling in more crowd. With some of its prominent tenants like Giant and Popular book store moved out of the Mall. Interestingly, there is a soon to open new Food Court at level 2 called "The NEXT" (taking up the spot where Popular book store was previously).
