Thoughts: Located in USJ 9 (Small Taipan), is a Punjabi restaurant called "Singh Saab", the restaurant offers a long list of recipes; from Raita, Roti, Bhatura, Naan, Rice dishes, Paneer, Egg/Soup/Fish dishes, Briyani, Noodles, Tandoori, Vegetarian, and Mutton dishes (a lot in the menu). Its fully air-conditioned, drinking water is free (something rare here), clean looking interior.
Today's brunch was Chapati with lady fingers and patato and curry dhal as dipping. Plus the recommended Punjabi Masala Tea; definitely enjoyed the meal.
The Chef recommended the Butter Chicken and their "Cottage Cheese" Panners, generally the dishes are for 2-3 people, perhaps well worth trying next time! Parking is easy in the weekends but will be challenging on weekdays; night time parking here should be easy any day as this particular road (USJ9/5M) is not too busy at night. On this road, one end is Sri Nirwanva and almost at the other end is Singh Saab; only 2 restaurants (both Indians) on this particular road in USJ9. From the menu, Raita, Paneer Fried Noodle, Mutton Briyani, Egg Bhurji, mini Pani Puri, and Chicken Do Pyaza also looks interesting! It is good to note that Singh Saab is a Pork free and Beef free restaurant.
