Thoughts: Perhaps one of the better Tea/Coffee tasting spot in KL's China Town. "茶王 King of Tea" can be easily spotted while walking along Jalan Hang Lekir (better known previously as Cecil Street).
If you come early; like 6am or 7am+, you can even have your coffee before the sun comes out on seatings (tables and chairs) placed along Cecil Street itself. There are also tables along the corridor and the "vacant" shop (maybe that shop only open for business at night).
Here, you can "custom" your coffee by ordering "extra Gao"! At rm$1.70, its still reasonable in the middle of busy China Town. Worth noting is that there are lots of street activities to watch from where you have your "local cuppa" here!
