Thoughts: 笼记 Restoran Long Kei is quite popular in Taman Eng Ann; the entire shop is dedicated to Yong Tao Foo and Chee Cheong Fun. You do have to queue here to pick up variety of fresh items such as 绿辣椒 Green Chili, 苦瓜 Bitter Gourd, 茄子 Egg Plant, 猪皮 Pig Skin, 鱼丸/肉丸 Fish/Meat Balls, 豆腐 Tofu, and I think also 墨鱼 Squid as well, and even hot dog, and 五香 Lobak, and yeah 蕹菜 Kangkong as well! Then decide on the Chee Cheong Fun (flat or round types available), next is the no-nonsense not-to-sweet sauce or curry (banjir on the plate), option to add chili sauce (which I quite like) plus sesame seeds. After that pay and find a seat; all self-service.
The queue is quite swift, I think it does look like a family business with hired foreign helpers, all in very friendly service. Price wasn't too bad, as 6 items was less then rm$6. Parking is very challenging and chaotic with double-parking very common here!
