Thoughts: So, first night in Georgetown this week; I was looking forward for some fish head soup noodle at Weld Quay's "乡下鱼头米粉 Village Fish Head Noodle" which is famous for its Tom Yum soup based fish head noodle.
It's a simple eatery and as one has to walk right into the kitchen to make your order and then find your seat, it was 15-20 minutes waiting time on a Sunday evening for my bowl of clear soup fish head noodle (its also their Signature). With super high expectations, but my bowl was soup was super fishy, with almost all bones and very little fish meat, sorry to say that just cannot find a way to appreciate it! Or maybe its suppose to be like that or my bowl was indifference!
