ひなたぼっこのカフェ Sunbather Coffee is located at the UG level of the Sphere, which is easily seen when you walk in from the Main Entrance. The Café comes with lots of wooden finishes and some greens at the entrance, with some outdoor seating; and very comfortable ambiance. The Café specializes in "洋食 Yōshoku" or Japanese Western fusion dishes, which are the Japanese style dishes influenced by western style of cooking.
Fun facts: Japanese foods have many influences from both Chinese and Western cuisines. For example, that the 拉麵 Ramen and 日式餃子 Gyoza are likely adapted from Chinese noodles and dumplings.
