Thoughts: Here is where All-day long 小炒 Siew Chao (Xiao Chao) is available, and for an unusual breakfast today is an unhealthy doze of rm$8 fatty "福建麵 Hokkien Mee". And I think 大炒 Dai Chao (Da Chao) is also available from lunch onwards. USJ16's "新金洲海鮮食店 Coco Lek Restaurant" opens from 8:30am with Fried Noodles for an early breakfast! Compared to its busy and packed neighbor "貴賓樓美食中心 Restoran Vest Inn" with multi-hawker stalls, morning time at 新金洲 Coco Lek isn't' as crowded.

吉隆坡福建麵 KL Hokkien Mee is probably a KL thing and the dish is notorious for its 黑醬油 dark, fragrant sauce that the noodles are braised in as well as the 猪油炸 pork lard and fried with "鍋氣 Wok Hei", along with a spicy Red Sambal Chili Sauce! An Umami KL Hokkien Mee therefore evoke most of the sensory in your taste buds with the taste of 甜 sweet, 酸 sour, 咸 salty, 苦 bitter, and 辣 spicy taste of the Sambal. Too bad the Sambal sauce at Coco Lek was more for other Noodle dishes rather than Hokkien Mee.
If you need a 吉隆坡風味福建麵 KL style Hokkien Mee therapy for breakfast in USJ, and as early as 9am in the morning; this is probably the only place!
