Thoughts: Come early in the morning to get a comfortable outdoor seating along the alley in between the shop lots for an early breakfast at PJ SS21's "111美食中心 Restoran One One One Bee Fatt". The corner 2 shop lot Chinese Kopitiam offers at least 10 stalls with a variety of hawker food in including even one Malay Nasi Lemak stall at the entrance to the Kopitiam. The only issue is the challenging parking as even 7:30am already many MBPJ parking are taken, but some motorist will just double-park in front of the Kopitiam!

Surveying around SS21's shop lots around 7:15am today, and looks like "美食中心 Restoran One One One Bee Fatt" is still one of the early breakfast Chinese Kopitiam destination in Damansara uptown. But there are a number of other early bird breakfast at least around 8am or before in SS21:

Maybe there are more early breakfast at PJ SS21 Damansara Uptown but at least the above are worth a visit before or around 8am where parking is probably still possible for early birds. Back to "美食中心 Restoran One One One Bee Fatt", with 2 shop lots; where the corner shop lot is placement of the hawker stall while the next shop lot houses 20 or more tables plus of course the outdoor seating along the lane between the 2 rows of shop lots! The kopitiam remains to popular spot for early breakfast with 10+ hawker stall choices. Today's sized-up rm$8 炒粿条 Char Koay Teow (rm$7 for regular), good "鍋氣 Wok Hey" and comes with some 中蝦 medium sized prawns, 蛤蜊 cockles, fried with 粿條 koay teow and 黃麵 yellow noodles plus 芽菜 bean sprout and 蛋 egg. And I think customer can top up with additional prawns or cockles at rm$4+.
