Thoughts: The 60-acre development was undertaken by UOA Group, which acquired the land once known as "Kampung Kerinchi" or South of Bangsar (The site is located near Menara Telekom and the Mid Valley Megamall) back in 2005. The once called "Kampung Kerinchi" (the name was used by Indonesian Immigrants during the British Colony), was changed to "孟沙南城 Bangsar South" by the developer was to upscale the value of the land. The "Kampung Kerinchi or Bangsar South" project features several modern office towers, mid to high-end condominiums, as well as retail and commercial spaces. BUT in 2019, Bangsar South was once again to be known as Kampung Kerinchi! (according to a Malay Mail article dated on Jan 2019).
There are 28 commercial blocks designed around a central park with energy and water efficient features such as double-glazed reflective glass, motion and carbon dioxide sensors, solar panels and rainwater harvesting (according to their website). I believe 22 blocks of the 28 are called the Horizons and 2 towers called the Vertical Business Suites (the rest no idea of the names). For FOOD, it is definitely at "the Sphere" which play host to many restaurants, eateries, AEON grocery, AEON food court, as well as a few gastropubs.
