Thoughts: Maybe some people like the soup of noodles to be clear (maybe more healthy), but I like the soup to be strong flavored. Similar maybe even for Bak Kut Teh, there are preference for clear soup type and strong herbal taste.
But finally I see the name of the shop appearing on the walls which is 新海景.
