Thoughts: The afternoon's Chicken Tikka and Tomato Cheese Egg Plant by far the best dish I had in this hotel.
Chicken Tikka is an Indian dish and popular in Pakistan, Bangladesh as well. One of the reasons for a variety of mixed African, Indian dishes together with Arab food is because the foreign workers are mostly Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, and Philippines. There are White People but ratio may not as high as those from Asia countries mentioned.
