香脆烧肉伴蜜汁叉烧云吞面 Roasted Crispy Pork Belly & Honey Roasted Chasiew $9.88
马六甲猪肉沙爹 Malacca Pork Satay $9.88
Thoughts: Pork Satay, called it, tried it, that's it. I still think chicken satay is most acceptable for me. Always felt pork, mutton, or beef satay is really very hard to bite after the meat is "satayed" for a long time.
I still like the road side Wan Ton Mee in KL, dirty, cheap, and much better. I guess it is also tough to match 烧肉 or roasted pork that one can buy in the market early in the morning when the skin is crunchy and the meat still has some heat in it. Those were the days at the old Imbi market where I can go early like around 6+am and wait the the arrival of the pork and get the first cuts.
