Lemon Rice, Samba Rice, Curd/Yogurt Rice
Capati and Papadam
Thoughts: I asked mr. Kathick to order vegetarian meal for me. So, today was 3 kinds of Southern Indian Rice all in one plate, LOL ! Its called Lemon Rice, Samba Rice, and Yogurt Rice. So much rice choice in one plate. The meal is more like for 2 person (not forgetting the Papadam and Chapati).
I still have 6 more days at the Plant, and therefore 6 more choices of lunch, maybe some Indian and some middle east! Lets see.
