Early dinner today is a rm$21 "新疆牛肉馕炒米粉 Xinjiang Beef+Naan fried Noodle" that comes with springy Xinjiang noodles fried and infused with thick sweet and slightly spicy sauce as requested, the noodle is fried with 烤牛肉 beef, some vegetables (西芹 celery) as well as the interesting 新疆馕 Xinjiang Naan. The stall offers several variants of fried Noodles/Rice with prices from rm$13 to rm$21 that comes in several choices: vegetarian, chicken/beef and can also fried with or without the Xinjiang Naan! Customer can choose 6 level of spiciness levels from 無辣 No spicy to 超級辣 Extra plus spicy. Mine was Extra less spicy 微微辣 and still makes a good sweat after finish digging in the spicy sweet fried noodle bowl.
There should be at least 12 to 16 (if not more) hawker stalls (maybe more opened for business in the evenings) as the food court opened daily until 2am.
新疆 Xinjiang should be the largest (or one of the largest) autonomous region in China, and with eleven million 維吾爾人 Uyghurs of mostly 穆斯林 Muslims who lives in the northwestern region of Xinjiang. Due to the large muslim groups in Xinjiang, the food from this region is usually Halal. In many ways, the cuisine in Xinjiang differs from the rest of the country and is distinctly non-Chinese. 烤羊肉 Roasted mutton or perhaps 烤牛肉 beef and 烤雞肉 chicken as well, food are usually cooked with 重口味 thickly fragrant spices, and sugary sweet desserts take centre stage when it comes to its signature dishes.Food today: 7 / 10 👍👍😋😋
