Thoughts: An interesting Hybrid Café, dubbed as a kind of futuristic Café + Bar concept in the heart of Georgetown! Located in one of the shop lot along 過港仔直街 Jalan C.Y. Choy (near to 三條路 Presgrave road). The Café opens as early as 9am with good choices of Western Breakfast and Coffee; the menu is quite extensive with a good variety of Western choices that can do with Coffee, non-Coffee, Beer or interesting Mixologies! (I believe Alcohol is served only after 6pm).
Breakfast and Brunch are available in the morning until 12 noon, while main course options are available from 12pm to 10pm. The snacks menu from 10pm to 12am, and cakes are available all day. Coffee is served until 6pm while after 6pm Alcohol is served. Not sure if there are Live Bands daily but there was a Live Band with Chinese Songs on a Wednesday night! Supposedly these mixed dining experience in a single shop makes this a 混合咖啡館 Hybrid Café! The 混合咖啡館 Hyrbid Cafe show case a contemporary 水泥工業風設計 cement industrial style interior with blue, pink and white lights creating a modern and kind of high tech feel to the atmosphere. There is one section of the wall with I think oval shaped mirrors facing some tables (like a saloon) that seemed to be favorites spots of selfies!
Tonight's rm$16 "柑橘漿果 Citrus Berries" is a Mixology of 青蘋果 Green Apple, 石榴 Pomegranate, 蔓越莓 Cranberry, 橙子 Orange, 花香 Floral, and 茶 Tea. Super interesting!
