Thoughts: 伍師傅 Master Ng's Recipe has its roots more than 35 years ago in KL Old Klang road 華聯花園 OUG in 1987. The Ng couple initially setup stall to sell 釀豆腐 Yong Tao Foo and 咖哩麵 Curry Mee, 鮮甜清湯麵 clear noodle soup as well as some choices of 糖水 Tong Shui. Everything from selection of the daily ingredients to the cooking were all done by the couple, ensuring quality of their hawker food to their royal customers.

The couple and their family later moved out of OUG and had to terminate their hawker food business in OUG; the couple later started home-made specialty recipe food operated from their home. Then in 2016, the couple and their 2nd generation established a company with central kitchen to produce their specialty 咖哩粉 Curry powder and 黃金魚腐 Golden fish tofu. The family business also offer once a year only 特色魚腐私家盆菜 Specialty fish tofu Pung Coi; but now the Pung Coi is available all year long with a 3 days order lead time, starts from rm$168 for a (3-4ppl portion) to rm$568 for a 10ppl Pun Coi portion.
Instead of their signature Curry noodle, today's dinner is a rm$16 "海鮮手大滑蛋麵 Seafood homemade noodles w/creamy sauce" which comes with the restaurant's home-made fried noodle (a little bit like yee mee) in a Cantonese noodle dish style. The seafood cantonese noodle plate comes with a big tiger prawn, some of their famous 黃金魚腐 Golden fish tofu, 魚丸 fish balls, 啦啦 Lala, 魚餅片 fish cake slices, and 魷魚 squids.
