Thoughts: One of the "proper" Chinese restaurant in USJ21 "8鮮樓 Restoran 8 Fresh Seafood", not just seafood and dishes but also 小炒 Xiao Chao Rice and Noodles with generally slightly higher prices (around rm$10 for each). The other Chinese restaurant is 客家煲飯店 Hakka Boa Seafood Restaurant, both restaurants are with walking distance from USJ21's Main Place Mall. And the 3rd one is Gold Chili Seafood Restaurant popular for its Butter Chicken rice. All 3 Chinese Restaurants have been in USJ21 for many years now.
BUT there are still no successful Chinese Kopitiams (those with multiple hawker stalls) in USJ21 since the revival of the 15-year abandoned 130-shop lot Main Place Mall in 2014.
