Thoughts: SS14's "Sugar and I" is the creation of a brother-and-sister team, Sharifah Nur Ilisa and Syed  Mohd Ilyas. The Duo have turned Sugar and I from a Subang-based 家庭烘焙業務 home baking business from a Hobby into a full-fledged store with enthusiastic fans from the neighborhood and beyond. The Bakery's signature bakes are their Japanese Cream Puff and Italian 邦博洛尼 Bomboloni with flavors like 榛果巧克力醬 Nutella, 比利時蓮花餅乾 Lotus Biscoff, 抹茶 Matcha, 怪物餅乾 Monster cookies, and 草莓 Strawberry.

Fun Facts: "邦博洛尼 Bomboloni" is an Italian pastry, to be eaten as a snack food or dessert. Unlike the American doughnut, 邦博洛尼 Bomboloni is without the "hole" but with a variety of fillings. The pastry's name comes from the Italian word "Bomba" (or literally 炸彈 Bomb) and in fact in some regions of Italy, there is really a pastry called the "Bomba"! (resemblance to a 手榴彈 grenade or 老式炸彈 old-fashioned bomb and may today possibly also be regarded as a reference to the 高熱量密度 high calorie density of this recipe (i.e., a "卡路里炸彈 Calorie Bomb"). Sometimes called "Bamboloni" or "Bambolini", this fun "Italian Doughnut" is served for breakfast and snack or just about anytime you want.

Both the 奶油泡芙 Cream Puff and 邦博洛尼 Bomboloni are fairly "SWEET" Bakes but I prefer the 日式奶油泡芙  Japanese style Cream Puffs with the sweet, crackly, crunchy topping and filled with a melting 奶油 cream. It is also better to consume the "邦博洛尼 Bomboloni" fresh and avoid refrigeration which will harden the fillings inside the Bambolini. And I think only if you have a sweet tooth, that you will like these 2 items.

MPSJ parking along SS14/1 is challenging but the shop is just a stone throw from the SS18 LRT station. BUT I am always able to find parking along SS14/7 (just next to the residential houses), which is just 50m+ from the Bakery.
