USJ6's "麥哥馳名魚頭米粉 Mr. Mak Fish Head Noodle" is a one men show, he tries to open around 10:30am daily (except for Mondays which is closed). He lamented the difficulty of having to do everything by himself, the daily market visit for the fresh fish heads, fish meats and other ingredients for the fish head noodles then the preparations, opening the shop, cooking, and serving to the customers, and even after finishing everything by 2:30pm or sometimes 3pm; he will still have to wash up everything.

Mr. Mak Fish Head Noodle was previously at USJ16's "貴賓樓美食中心 Restoran Vest Inn", the stall shifted to USJ6's "太平人茶餐室 Restoran Taiping Lang Kopitiam" few years ago. The USJ16 is now offering another popular fish head noodle stall "Yap Chan Fish Head Noodle stall". For Mak's stall now at USJ6's 太平人茶餐室 Restoran Taiping Lang Kopitiam, he is offering 魚頭米 Fish Head Noodle, 海鮮 Seafood Noodles with choices of 幼米粉 thin or 粗米粉 thick vermicelli, and also either the 牛奶 milky fish head broth or 冬陽 Tom Yam broth with prices from rm$10 to rm$13. Also available are the 炸魚肉 Fried Fish meat as Ala-Carte order.
