Thoughts: This is a 24 inch 60HZ HD monitor from Huawei and got it from Lazada; Retail price noticed at Harvey Norman (Sunway Pyramids) was rm$688 (same as stated in Lazada) but the 11.11 Lazada One-Day Sales offers at rm$548 which is about 20% discount.

The 24" monitor is not 4K but only Full HD (good enough) for this price, the base and body of monitor is all BLACK. The only movement of the panel is a little bit of "Vertical Tilt" possible but no Up-Down movements or any other movements. 

For this price, don't expect the 4K resolution output, three are no webcam, no speakers nor microphone (i think), no extra USB ports but there is connectivity of HDMI port, VGA port, and DC output with a white Adapter and 5 feet HDMI cable. I believe the 60HZ frequency may be very basic for some kind of Gaming but I am not into that so I have no idea. Other than all the "Cons" mentioned, the 24 inch size was great for working thus far as well as watching Netflix. 

Connecting to the Surface Pro 4 was easy, and not software required. No issues using the monitor after using it continuously for about 10 days now. Highly recommend!
